Sunday Locals: 2 youth hockey teams headed to nationals

Two Spokane American Youth Hockey Association Spokane Jr. Chiefs Tier II teams, the U-12 PeeWees and U-16 Midgets, will play in USA Hockey national tournaments March 30-April 3. The PeeWees will take a 55-7-3 record to the USA Hockey event in San Jose, Calif., after going 5-0 in winning the state championship in their division in the Tri-Cities last weekend.
