Tottenham made the biggest moves on the Premier League’s transfer deadline day as it signed winger Ryan Sessegnon and midfielder Giovani lo Celso. Spurs, which ended 18 months of transfer inactivity in July, paid Fulham 25 million pounds ($30 million) for the 19-year-old Sessegnon. The England Under-21 international signed a six-year deal. Lo Celso joined on a year-long loan from Real Betis with the option to make the transfer permanent.
