GSL boys: Dylan Darling, Gavin Gilstrap help balanced Central Valley retain perfect league record

Dylan Darling and Gavin Gilstrap scored 13 points apiece and visiting Central Valley defeated Shadle Park 73-35 in a Greater Spokane League matchup on Friday.

Jayce Simmons added 12 points for the Bears (12-1, 7-0).

Cole Votava scored seven points for the Highlanders (2-12, 0-6).

Central Valley got out to a hot start, outscoring Shadle Park 18-4 in the first quarter. It was a 43-11 game at halftime.

Gonzaga Prep 69, North Central 35: Liam Lloyd scored 16 points and the Bullpups (9-4, 6-1) beat the visiting Indians (2-12, 2-4).

Jalen Martin led North Central with 12 points.

Gonzaga Prep held North Central to 12 made field goals.

The Bullpups had five 3-pointers from five shooters.

University 74, Rogers 47: Conrad Bippes scored 18 points and the visiting Titans (5-8, 3-4) beat the Pirates (2-10, 0-6).

Torrey Daniels led Rogers with 12 points.

University got hot from behind the arc, burying 10 3-pointers, including three 3s from Adonis Winkler-Coty.
