Digital Sales Manager

Headquartered in Spokane, WA, Cowles Company is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to oversee all of its Digital Sales products. This is a great opportunity for a proven digital sales professional with management skills. Position will require the ability to manage multiple markets in Eastern Washington. Candidate will also be responsible for hiring a talented Digital Account Manager to work under his/her direction.

Requirements would include:

The ability to prospect, sell and close digital media advertising to direct businesses and advertising agencies.
New media sales opportunities would include: all aspects of internet and social marketing including both banner and video opportunities, as well as the ability to seek out content categories with high revenue potential.
Digital Sales Manager would also be responsible for creating and developing opportunities that have a strong emphasis with various mobile sales applications.
The ability to develop, package and present these opportunities to clients as well as the ability to communicate with management and sales team to ensure their support in executing new opportunities.
Must consistently prospect for new opportunities in the digital world and have the ability to train staff with additional products as they are developed and introduced.
Preparation and presentation of proposals would include both quantitative and qualitative information
College degree or equivalent business experience required.

The ideal candidate would be a decisive and experienced leader who possesses strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to develop and inspire sales people to proceed effectively and positively in achieving their goals.
