Rogers High School Senior Khalil Winfrey is one of the fastest sprinters in the entire state of Washington. The future Washington Husky is ranked second in both the 100 meter and 200 meter dash, and looks to prove just how fast he is this weekend at the state meet. It's a meet that Winfrey has been counting down towards since this time last year, and SWX's Lindsay Joy reports on why this weekend means so much to Winfrey.
