(AP) -- Police in Pullman, Washington, say Washington State University running back Jamal Morrow was arrested early Sunday on investigation of driving under the influence.

The Seattle Times reports that, according to police, Morrow was pulled over at about 13:20 a.m. for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. His breathalyzer tests showed blood alcohol levels of .186 and higher.

Detective Sgt. Jake Opgenorth says Morrow was taken into custody, cited for DUI and released. He has a court appearance in Pullman District Court on Tuesday.

WSU spokesman Bill Stevens declined to comment on internal team matters. A listed number could not be found for Morrow.

Morrow played 12 games at running back for WSU in 2015. He was voted captain in nine consecutive games in 2015.
