UW Just a Day Away From Fall Camp

SEATTLE (AP) - Chris Petersen is set to begin his second season at Washington with no bigger question than who will be his starting quarterback.
It's one of many questions Petersen has about the Huskies, coming off an 8-6 first season at Washington. Last year's starter, Cyler Miles, stepped away from football because of hip problems. That leaves senior Jeff Lindquist, redshirt freshman K.J. Carta-Samuels and true freshman Jake Browning as Petersen's options to lead Washington's offense.
Petersen said Friday that the reps in practice will be equally divided among the three for the first week.
The day before fall camp started wasn't without some drama for Petersen after cornerback Naijiel Hale was dismissed for disciplinary reasons. Hale started two games last season as a freshman and was expected to contend for a starting spot.
