SPOKANE, Wash. -

The Spokane Indians led twice, but the Tri-City Dust Devils kept crawling back before Dylan Moore hit a pinch-hit RBI single in the bottom of the tenth inning to snap Tri-City's five-game winning streak and hand Spokane a 6-5 win over its Northwest League rival at Avista Stadium on Thursday night.

Sherman Lacrus doubled in Jamie Potts with two outs in the bottom of the first to give the Indians (14-14) an early 1-0 lead.

The Dust Devils (15-13) evened things up in the top of the third when Yeyson Yrizarri's double play throw went wide, allowing the inning to continue and Peter Van Gansen to score.

Spokane answered back in the bottom of the frame. LeDarious Clark led off with a double and advanced to third on a wild pitch. Yrizarri lifted a sacrifice fly to score Clark and take a 2-1 lead.

Both teams traded scoreless innings until the bottom of the seventh when Clark blasted a solo home run to right field to give the Indians a two-run lead.

The Tri-City bats finally found a voice in the eighth inning, scoring four runs with two outs to take a 5-3 lead. Van Gansen did the majority of the dammage when he hit a bases clearing double with the bags juiced to give the Dust Devils their first lead of the game.

Potts brought the Avista Stadium crowd right back into the game with a leadoff homer off of The Depot in right field to cut the Spokane defecit back to one run in the bottom of the eighth. Lacrus followed with a single and worked his way around the bases with a little help to set up Carlos Garay for the game-tying sac fly to right field.

Luis Parra got out of two jams pitching in the ninth and tenth inning to set up the Indians for the win.

Moore pinch hit with men on the corners after a pair of Dust Devils errors and sent a blistering grounder down the right field line that was too hot to handle for Tri-City first baseman Ty France to plate the game-winner.

Both teams will conclude the three-game tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. PT at Avista.
