Spokane Youth Sports Awards: Top Individual Male and Female Athlete, Against All Odds Nominees

SPOKANE, Wash. -- With the second annual Spokane Youth Sports Awards right around the corner we took some time to bring you the nominees for the Top Individual Male and Female High School Athletes.

Top Individual Female Athlete nominees are Sinvia Areta of Ferris, Jenna Schlosser of Mead, Laura Stockton of Gonzaga Prep and Kelsey Turnbow of Central Valley. 

Against All Odds nominees are Dakota Hipes of Mt. Spokane, Robert Little of University and Robert Rucker of Rogers.

*Brett Rypien of Shadle Park High School was last year's Top Individual Male award winner and is also a finalists this year, but due to his early graduation and spring practices at Boise State University we were unable to interview him for this years awards.
