KETTLE FALLS, Wash. – Erick Page has been the face of the Kettle Falls wrestling program over the past three years, although he's never wrestled in a match.

“Erick is just another part of our team and these kids would go to war for him,” said Kettle Falls Wrestling Coach John Harris

Born prematurely at 27 weeks, Erick has faced more challenges in 20 years than most will face in a lifetime.

“Basically he's had four brain operations cause he has an inner cranial shunt,” said Erick's adopted parents Larry and Bonnie Page.

Erick has also been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and has gone under three leg operations in his life. He couldn't walk until age 10 and will have to use a walker the rest of his life.

Yet, through all the ups and downs, Erick wrestled in his first career match this January, and it was a moment to remember.
