Bouchard, who graduated from Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego in June, is batting .338 with one home run and 15 RBI. The infielder has recorded 26 hits over 18 games and will attend UCLA in the fall.
Gonzales, a corner infielder, is in his second season with the Sweets and will be attending Gonzaga University in the fall. He leads the league with 30 walks and has an on-base percentage of .429.
Mendenhall, an outfielder from Lewis-Clark State College, is batting .333 on the year with 18 RBI. He has played all three outfield positions for the Sweets, has a slugging percentage of .504, and is also tied for the club lead in home runs, with three.
Additionally, Mendenhall will represent the Sweets in the West Coast League home run derby, which will take place at 5:10 PM.
Because of the West Coast league's new three-division alignment, the all-star game will be divided between a “South” team and a “North” team. Klamath Falls Gems manager Mitch Karraker will lead the South - consisting of all-stars from Bend, Corvallis, Cowlitz, Kitsap, Klamath Falls and Medford. Wenatchee Applesox manager Ed Knaggs will pilot the North, featuring the all-star selections from Bellingham, Kelowna, Victoria, Walla Walla, Wenatchee and Yakima Valley.
The all-star game will be played Monday, July 21st at Kiger Stadium in Klamath Falls, with first pitch slated for 6:35pm.
