Seahawk Fever Has Struck Seattle

Seattle is catching Seahawk fever. The city is adorned with "12th Man" flags pretty much everywhere you look. Sam Adams and the rest of the SWX crew have been finding those "12th men" all over the Emerald City in preparation for the NFC Championship game between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers.

And they should be. This is the matchup we've all been waiting for, the two best teams in the NFC West maybe the entire NFL, meeting up for a chance to play in the Super Bowl. And that makes for some excited, yet jittery, Seahawks fans. There has been a flood of red and gold in Seattle, as well. And for all these fans this is Super Bowl weekend.

Two heated rivals, arguably two of the best teams in all of football. Going head-to-head for a third and final time this season. With a trip to the Super Bowl in East Rutherford, New Jersey hanging in the balance.

While the Seahawks are hoping for their first Super Bowl ring, 49ers fans are searching for their team to add a sixth ring to their collection. Those fans have made the trip north from California to invade Seattle this weekend in a vain attempt to drown out the "12th Man."

Tomorrow we'll find out who wins. As for today, Adams and company are getting a chance to enjoy a city swarming with fans.
