Moscow Comes Up Just Short of 4A Title

NAMPA -- The Moscow Bears state title run came up just a tad short, as the defending champions, Rigby's Hyrum Prestwich made a jumper in the lane with 3.3 seconds left to boost the Trojans to a 45-43 victory in the Idaho Class 4A boys' basketball championship game Saturday night at the Idaho Center.

Grangeville defeated New Plymouth, 57-42 to claim the 2A state title. Butte County defeated Kamiah, 58-45 in the 1AD1 Champsionship.
