Local Kids Need Your Help RIGHT NOW!

Posted: Updated:

SPOKANE, Wash. - If you watched the morning show on Tuesday, February 26, you were probably blown away by the talented fiddling folk trio from Chase Middle School.

They have entered a contest called "Change My School" for a shot at a $1,000 award! Chase wants to put the money towards a new sound system for their music program. The current sound system is in really "bad" shape!

If the contest were based on talent alone...we personally think they would blow their competition out of the water, however, THEY NEED YOUR VOTE TO WIN!!!!  Chase Middle School is the only school in the contest representing the east side of the state.  They are just a few hundred votes away from being in first place.

You can vote once EVERY day through Thursday on any of your electronic devices.

Please CLICK HERE to vote.  All you have to do is click on the blue button that says "Vote For This Video!"

Please post this to your Facebook page and ask all your friends to vote as well!

'"Change My School" is the where the line between learning and teaching disappears. Just because you're in school doesn't mean you don't have inspiring insights, ideas and abilities to offer your community and your world...Now there's a place for your thoughts and talents to be seen, heard, appreciated and rewarded.

Our vision is to inspire the next generation of leaders, dreamers and thinkers by giving them a place to inspire each other. "Change My School" is a forum for students, teachers and  education film makers to add their voices and visions to the conversation. It's also a place for your peers and the whole world to watch, listen and learn what you really care about.'
