HS Playoffs: Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls Still In It

NAMPA, Idaho -

As far as girls high school basketball in Idaho is concerned, the power still resides in the northern reaches of the state. Both Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls won in the quarterfinal round of the 5A state tournament Thursday, setting up the semifinal games for Friday.

Post Falls crushed Mountain View Thursday 50-28. They play Highland Friday at 6:15 in Nampa.

Coeur d'Alene beat Rocky Mountain 55-36 to set up Friday's semifinal game against Capital.
