The Seattle Seahawks are heading into the weekend knowing they are one win away from the NFC Championship game.

The surprising play of rookie quarterback Russell Wilson has definitely helped Seattle chances, along with strong play from a secondary that will – for the first time in weeks – feature the likes of both Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman.

"The key is standing in an even keel and just playing one game at a time, one play at a time, one day at a time, one practice at a time, and I think if we take that mentality it'll give us the best chance to win," said Wilson. "Obviously we're going into a hostile crowd and a great football team. We're going to have to play our A-Plus game and we're excited about that opportunity."

The Seahawks – well, Sherman, at least – is confident they have the ability to stop Julio Jones and the Falcons.

"I think we're an extremely confident bunch, said Sherman this week. "We're a young team who is hungry. We don't really feel the pressure because there is not pressure to be felt you know we're just hungry and out there trying to win ball games by any means."
