PULLMAN, Wash. -

Ken Bone and his Cougars want to get things rolling. They started with a win over Portland last week. They hope to continue the momentum with a win against in-state rival Gonzaga on Wednesday.

That may be easier said than done.

The Cougars are gearing up for a Gonzaga team that has five players averaging more than 10 points per game. The Zags score more than 85 points per outing and shoot 53 percent from the field.

Simply put, the No. 10 Zags are one of the best teams in the country.

"It's a huge challenge," said coach Ken Bone. "Because not only do they have size, they've guys that could potentially end up in the NBA. They're not just big and athletic, good strength, active. They have all the pieces inside – at least the four guys, and they just keep coming at you."

Wednesday's game tips off at 8 p.m. (PT). It can be seen on ESPNU.
