COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -

North Idaho college freshman wing James Webb has signaled his intention to leave the program next year to play at Boise State.

Webb, from August, GA, signed a letter of intent on Wednesday. He is averaging 11 points, five rebounds and one blocked shot per game for the Cardinals this season. He is shooting 54 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free throw line.

Once he gets to Boise for the 2013-14 season, Webb will have three years of eligibility to play for the Broncos.

Boise State is currently led by former Gonzaga assistant coach Leon Rice.
