SPOKANE, WA -- The last time Spokane starter Jose Valdespina (1-4) secured a win, it was in the final game of a 3-game sweep of the Boise Hawks at Avista Stadium.

Valdespina has such an opportunity once again Wednesday night, as the Indians look to sweep the second place Tri-City Dust Devils at home.

The Indians' 20-year-old Dominican prospect will look to bounce back from his last start against the Dust Devils, in which he gave up seven hits and three earned runs in five innings on July 7.

Tri-City will send Joshua Slaats (0-1) to the mound, who has yet to face the Indians this year.

First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 PM at Avista Stadium.
