Leach Tells Matthew McConaughey to 'Swing Your Sword' (+video)

Matthew McConaughey told Jay Leno Mike Leach told he and his new wife to "swing your sword!"

Washington State football coach Mike Leach furthered his pirate image by giving something special to actor Matthew McConaughey and his new wife at their wedding.

McConaughey said on the Jay Leno Show on NBC this week that Leach attended his wedding to Camila Alves and gave the couple a sword. And then he proceeded to tell the actor to "swing your sword!"

"Swing your Sword" is the title of Leach's book that lays out his approach to leadership and coaching. It helped cement the coach's reputation of being a fan of pirates and the old pirate lifestyle.
