This week's installment of the Fitness Lowedown encourages you to lie down. That's right. Take a load off, lay flat on your back and relax. For a minute.

Relaxed? Great, now it's time to stay on your back and get your workout on.

SWX's Leslie Lowe says you can work your abs, arms and legs all at the same time with a crossover ab workout. While on your back. Move your right arm and left leg up to meet each other. Then do the same for the other side: left arm to right leg.

Do three sets 10 reps for a total body workout. It really burns the abs!

Next week Leslie will talk about a good cardio workout.
