SPOKANE, Wash. -

For quarterback Kyle Rowley, Friday's outcome has already been decided. The Shock will beat Philadelphia. He didn't say the word "guarantee", but he sure talked like he meant it.

"When we beat them we'll be 5-4 and we'll be in a good spot," said Rowley. "[We'll be] digging ourselves out of a hole a little bit from the beginning of the season but we're playing good football right now, we're winning football games,"

The Shock have won three out of their last four games, in fact. Their only loss was an 84-63 drubbing at the hands of the Utah Blaze in Salt Lake City two weeks ago.

But the Shock are ready to move on and make a run at the playoffs.

"We need to… have more attitude, have a little more aggression in everything that we're doing and be a little more physical," said coach Andy Olson. "[Philadelphia] is going to be physical. We're going to have trouble with that, so we've got to be physical up front if we want to win this football game."

The team showed a touch of aggression Tuesday in practice when a spat broke out towards the end of practice. The coaches didn't necessarily encourage the fighting, but they weren't stepping in to break it up either. No harm, no foul, as they say.

Friday's game against the Soul kicks off at 8 p.m. at Spokane Arena. The game will be televised on SWX, streamed on SWXRightNow.com and be made available on mobile devices through the Syncbak app in both the Play and iTunes markets.
