With a loss to rival Washington in the rear view mirror, Washington State is moving on with two more regular season games to go.

The Cougars (14-14, 6-10 Pac-12) play UCLA (19-8, 12-3 Pac-12) and USC (6-23, 1-15 Pac-12) this week - the Bruins on Thursday, and the Trojans on Saturday. They are currently in eighth place in the conference and slated to play the eight vs. nine game in the upcoming Pac-12 tournament.

Regardless of where they fall in the pecking order, though, they simply hope to end the season on a high note.

"This game - it's not a death sentence for us," said senior Abe Lodwick. "We understand where we are in the Pac-12. We also understand we have two games left in conference and we want to finish out strong, and we want to do whatever we can do to make a lot of noise in the conference tournament."
