SPOKANE, Wash. -

The ‘I Believe' t-shirts are back for a third year in Spokane as part of the Cancer vs. Coaches fundraising effort. And Sarah Michaelson, the wife of former Zag Brian Michaelson, is the one to thank for that.

Sarah watched as, first, her mother was diagnosed with cancer. Her grandfather passed away from the disease as well. Within a year of her mother being diagnosed, her father was told he had cancer too. He died last year of pancreatic cancer.

Now Sarah dedicates her time and energy to the ‘I Believe' campaign – one of the many pieces of the Coaches vs. Cancer effort. All the money from the t-shirt sales go to fund cancer research.
