Washington State University men's basketball guard Faisal Aden suffered a left Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tear in the first half of the team's game at Arizona, Thursday, Jan. 28 in Tucson, Ariz. He will miss the remainder of the season.

Aden (San Diego, Calif.), a 6-foot-4 guard was averaging a team second-best 14.5 points a game (ninth in the Pac-12), while shooting a league-best .894 (42-for-47) from the free throw line. Fresh off being named the Pac-12 Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 16-22, he tallied six points and grabbed two rebounds in 11 minutes of action in the game against the Wildcats.

Washington State (11-10, 3-6 Pac-12) looks to remain perfect in Pullman as it hosts USC (6-16, 1-8), Thursday, Feb. 2 at Beasley Coliseum. Tip is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
