Tri-Cities native Hope Solo held all opponents scoreless in the United States' victory at the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament in British Columbia.

Solo, who played all five games for the USA, suffered a torn right quadriceps before the second game but kept playing anyway. Twice in Sunday's final against team Canada she blocked Christina Julien from point-blank range. The Americans won 4-0. They won all five games by a combined score of 38-0.

Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan scored two goals apiece in Sunday's match.
