HERMISTON, Ore. -- Special Olympics bowler Jilli Smalley was recognized by her school district in Hermiston. It was for her Olympic silver medal. Smalley finished second in her singles bowling division at the Special Olympics Summer Games. They were in Athens, Greece this past summer. Last month former governor Ted Kulongoski presented her with the Shriver Greatness Award.
