Leslie Lowe got things started last week with cardio workouts on treadmill. This week, it's more of the same, but at a little higher level.
For intermediate exercisers, warm up for one minute at a moderate pace and then increase both the speed and incline. Then, one minute later, bring the incline back to zero but keep the speed the same. Alternate between flat and incline every 60-seconds, making the incline a little higher each time.
If you really want a workout grab a pair of weights to hold in your hands as you walk on the treadmill.
