There is no way LeBron James would even think about spending the NBA lockout by playing football in the NFL. Is there?
That didn't stop Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll from suggesting the idea. He even went as far as to tweet a picture of a No. 1 Seattle Seahawks jersey with James' name on the back. That was after he asked King James whether he prefers to play defense or offense.
"I kind think of you as a touchdown maker but is it true you think of yourself as a pass rusher?" said Carroll on Twitter on Wednesday.
And then he tweeted, "are you aware of what the League's rookie minimum is?"
James replied, "(yeah more than what I'm making now Coach)"
The virtual conversation came about this week after LeBron inquired about the d4eadline to sign as an NFL free agent. His question has created some wild speculation that he may be considering football as the NBA lockout continues to drag on.
