Just because the weather is getting cooler doesn't mean you have to cool off your workouts.All you need is a treadmill - whether at home, at work or at the gym.
Start slowly with a slight incline, and then give your self a break by lowering the incline but increasing the speed. After a short break, move the incline even higher than it was to begin and bring the speed down.
