Last week we took a look at how kettle bells could be added to a workout. This week we're going to take it a step further and use them to further strengthen our core.
Lay down on your back. While bringing your left arm forward, lift your right leg up and touch them together. Do at least three sets of ten, and then switch sides. Then stretch your arms above your head and do a half-situp, going only as far as it takes to engage your core.
To add the kettle bells, simply hold the bell in your hands as you rise up.
