The Dirty Dash is a race that certainly channels your inner child. The 10k race inside Riverside State Park was Saturday - a course that requires more than a fair amount of endurance to tromp through mud and sludge.
The ultimate goal is to get as dirty as you can and have fun. And by the looks of it, most everyone came away a winner.
The next down and dirty weekend is Aug. 27 in Boise, and then again on Sept. 17 in Salt Lake City.
