Former Spokane Shock receiver Greg Orton is suiting up for the Denver Broncos. Orton signed with Denver on Saturday to help shore up the Broncos' depleted receiving corp.
Orton went to Cincinnati in 2009 as an undrafted free agent. He was cut and spent two years playing with Spokane in the Arena Football League. This season he had 112 catches for 1,484 yards and 34 touchdowns.
The Broncos waived injured Mark Dell to make room for Orton on the roster. Other injured Bronco receivers include Eddie Royal (hip), Britt Davis (knee), Matt Willis (bumps and bruises) and Brandon Lloyd (knee).
