Oregon is the favorite to win the Pac-12 football title, with USC coming in second in the media poll released by the conference on Tuesday, as representatives from each school gathered in Los Angeles for media day.

Washington State was picked to finish last in the North Division.

Twenty-eight of 42 voters in the poll predicted the Ducks would win the North Division and the inaugural Pac-12 title game. They picked the Trojans to win the South Division, though USC is not eligible to play in the postseason.

Arizona State was picked to finish second in the South Division, followed by newcomer Utah, Arizona, UCLA and Colorado.

Stanford was picked to finish second in the North Division, followed by Washington, Oregon State, California and Washington State.

The preseason poll has correctly picked the Pac-10 champion in 10 of the past 11 years.
