SPOKANE, Wash. - If you haven't taken the time to watch an American Legion World Series game being played in Spokane this year, you're missing out. Everyone else is!

The American Legion, which is streaming SWX-TV's production of the games on its website, said its traffic is five times greater than it was for last year's World Series. Last year was the first time the organization provided live streaming video of the games.

Through 13 of the 14 – or perhaps 15 – games, the American Legion's site logged 97,000 unique viewers around the world, generating more than 2.8 million viewer minutes.

The championship game between Midwest City (Okla.) and Eden Prairie (Minn.) will air on SWX-TV at 4 p.m. Tuesday. It will also be streamed live on Legion.org. If needed, a Game 15 will be played immediately following the first game, probably around 7 p.m.
