The 2010 American Legion World Series is in the books. Midwest City (Okla.) beat previously unbeaten Eden Prairie twice Tuesday night to win the title.

In games carried live on SWX, Midwest City won their first game 11-6 and the second game 10-1 to become the first team since 1985 to come out of the loser's bracket to win the title.

It's championship day at the American Legion World Series in Spokane, with Midwest City set to face off against Eden Prairie - twice.

Eden Prairie beat Roseburg Monday night 6-2 to advance to the title game. Earlier in the day, Midwest City beat up Las Vegas 7-1. Because Midwest City has one loss, they'll have to play Eden Prairie twice Tuesday to win the title.
