Former Shock and current Arizona quarterback Nick Davila earned the AFL's Offensive Player of the Week award, after leading the Rattlers to their fifth straight win Saturday night.

Davila threw for nine touchdowns to beat Bossier-Shreveport 79-50 in front of a crowd of more than 10,000 fans in Phoenix. He threw for 319 yards on 20-for-26 passing. It was the second time this season he's thrown for nine touchdowns.

Chicago wide receiver Dejuan Alfonzo was the Ironman of the week for his role in the Rush's come-from-behind win over Milwaukee. Defensive back Chris Martin, who played at Washington State, led the Rush in tackles to earn the Defensive Player of the Week award.

The Highlight of the Week went to Orlando quarterback Nick Hill, who ran 19 yards untouched for a touchdown in the Predators' upset victory over top-ranked Jacksonville.
