EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State coach Tom Izzo is at his basketball camp, and still isn't saying whether he's made a decision about the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Izzo told a camper Monday that he had asked a "bad question" about the coach's status. Izzo then said "those guys up there want to know that," referring to a group of reporters, TV cameramen and photographers given limited access to the camp.

About Tom Izzo
  • Tom Izzo replaced Jud Heathcote, of Spokane, at Michigan State in 1994-95.
  • Izzo is Michigan State's all-time winningest coach
  • Izzo is one of only three college coaches to make 3 straight Final Four appearances.

Izzo did not look at or talk with reporters when he arrived at his office early Monday morning. He indicated Sunday he's undecided in a text message to The Associated Press.

Cavs general manager Chris Grant declined comment Monday.
