SPOKANE, Wash. - The woman who put women's soccer in the spotlight by taking off her shirt after winning the 1999 World Cup will be in Spokane on Sunday to play against the Spokane Black Widows.

Brandy Chastain, now a member of the California Storm of the new Women's Premiere Soccer League, will sign autographs and take pictures with fans after the game at Joe Albi Stadium on Sunday. A handful of Black Widow jerseys will also be on sale at the game.

The match between the Storm and the Black Widows is Spokane's first game of the season with the WPSL. The new league includes more than 50 teams from across the country. It's the largest women's soccer league in the world.

Chastain earned Player of the Week honors last week for scoring three goals and two assists in her team's win over Clovis (Calif.).
