The Spokane Shock returned to practice on Thursday to get ready for a rematch with No. 13 Utah - this time at home in the comfortable confines at Spokane Arena.

It's been a while since Spokane has played on their home turf.  They spent the past two weeks on the road, notching wins at both Phoenix and Oklahoma City.

The boys in blue and orange are a perfect 3-0 in away games. Winning at home, interestingly enough, is something the team knows they have to figure out.

"We've been playing well on the road, but it's always nice to be at home in front of the home crowd," said quarterback Kyle Rowley, who had seven touchdown passes against Oklahoma City on Sunday.

"It's nice to be back and nice to be on a team that's winning," said receiver Huey Whittaker. "We're starting to gel as a team, so I'm glad I was able to fit in and not mess up any chemistry."

Whittaker had 13 catches and three touchdowns against Oklahoma City.

"What you have to do is - you have to focus at home," said coach Rob Keefe. "You have to get all the pressure off of you and use the fans to your advantage. And we want to win. It's the first thing we said after the Arizona game: we gotta start winning at home."

The Shock will get a chance to prove they can win at home on Saturday at 7 p.m. The game can be seen live on SWX-TV.
