    SPOKANE, Wash. - Four runs weren't enough to lift Lewis & Clark past a strong Gonzaga Prep team on Monday.  The Bullpups beat the Tigers 6-4 to secure the third and final spot in the District tournament. The Bullpups' Lauren Ramsey rocketed a double to left center in the first inning to score Christie Tambari and Sammy Casano. That made the score 4-0.More >>

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Almira/Coulee-Hartline came out with bats swinging on Monday, scoring 11 runs to claim the 1B District 7 championship.

ACH scored 10 runs in the first inning and pitcher Kody Dillon allowed just two hits to shut out Wilbur Creston 11-0.  ACH will go to the state tournament as the No. 1 seed. Wilbur-Creston goes as the No. 2.

ACH will play Northport at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Medical Lake in the first round. Wilbur-Creston will play Curlew at 1 p.m. The winners advance to play at 4 p.m. in the state semi-finals.
