No. 1-seeded Mead earned a rematch with Prep by narrowly beating Kamiakin 49-48 in Friday night's semifinal game.

The Panthers have beaten the Bullpups two out of three times this season, including a 53-50 win on Feb. 18 to win the district championship and secure a No. 1 seed to the regional playoffs. The two teams play Saturday at 5 p.m. in Kennewick for the No. 1 and No. 2 seed in the state tournament

Walla Walla kept its chances at making the state tournament alive by beating Eisenhower 61-54.

The last two seeds to the 4A state tournament will be decided between Davis and Richland, and Walla Walla and Kamiakin. The four teams will be playing Saturday for the third and fourth seeds to Tacoma.
