GSL 4A District: Central Valley girls upset by Mead

There were four games in the 4A GSL District Tournament on Tuesday night, one which ended in a notable upset.

On the girl's side, Mead knocks off the #1 seed Central Valley 65-48.  The Panther's Jazmine Redmond lead the way with 17 points. 

In the other girl's game, Lewis and Clark beat Gonzaga Prep 60-48.  That sets up the championship game between Mead and Lewis and Clark on Thursday night.

As for the boys, the #1 seed Gonzaga Prep Bullpups continued to roll, beating University 69-50.  Ryan Nicholas scored 22 points for the Bullpups. 

In the other boy's game Mead beats Ferris 65-59.  That sets up a championship game between the Bullpups and Panthers on Thursday - a game aired live on SWX-TV at 7:15 p.m.
