    STANFORD, Calif. - Kayla Pedersen scored a career-high 30 points, surpassing the 1,000-point mark, and the No. 2 Stanford women beat Gonzaga 105-74 on Sunday. Nnemkadi Ogwumike added a career-high 29 points and matched her career best with 13 rebounds as the Cardinal (6-0) won their 32nd consecutive home game. Jayne Appel also recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. She's one shy of 1,000 career rebounds. Jeanette Pohlen had 13.More >>

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Zags nation can celebrate and breathe a little easier. After beating Cincinnati last week to win the Maui Invitational, Gonzaga is once again back in the Top 25.

The Bulldogs (5-1) are ranked No. 17 in the Associated Press college basketball poll.

Two other Washington teams moved up in the rankings as well. Washington (5-0) moved up two spots to No. 12.

Washington State (6-0) won the Great Alaska Shootout last week. While they don't appear in the Top 25, the Cougars did, in fact, receive four votes.

Gonzaga and Washington State play each other at The Kennel on Wednesday night. The game can be seen live on KHQ, SWX and FSN.
