    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Mead defense all but shut down Gonzaga Prep's Bishop Sankey, beating the Bullpups 17-13 in a thriller Friday night. Sankey, averaging more than 200 yards rushing per game this season was held to just 115 yards on 17 carries. His only touchdown of the game was Prep's first - a five yard run in the first quarter.  More >>

Tabish passes 284 yds. in come-from-behind win

SPOKANE, Wash. - University hit a 25-yard field goal with 3 seconds remaining in the game to hand Lewis and Clark their fourth loss of the season Thursday night at Joe Albi Stadium.

Lewis and Clark took the early lead, going up 14-0 by the second quarter.  Right before the half, University cut the lead to seven after a 34-yeard touchdown pass from Tony Tabish to Aaron Blaska.

The Titans took the lead in the second half until LC's Levi Taylor scored a touchdown from five yards out to knot the score at 27.  Taylor finished with 147 yards rushing on 18 carries, only to watch his team lose because of University's Aaron Gleason, who hit the winning field goal.

Tabish finished the night 23-of-30 for 284 yards, hooking up with Blaska nine times for 145 yards. 

Lewis and Clark fell to 3-4 overall, 2-4 in conference play.  University is not 5-2 overall, 5-2 in the GSL.

Coeur d'Alene 49, Shadle 0
Zack Kaiser rushed for 113 yards and three touchdowns in a 49-0 defeat of Shadle - a game shown live on SWX Thursday night.  All three of Keiser's touchdowns happened in the second quarter. The game will be replayed on SWX Saturday at 9 a.m.
