OGDEN, Utah - Eastern Washington's Ashley Hamilton has been tabbed the Big Sky Player of the Week for matches played the week of Sept. 21-28.

The Eagles picked up two road wins last week over Idaho State and Weber State to remain undefeated in Big Sky play. Hamilton averaged 12.25 assists, 2.50 digs and 1.75 kills per set in the two matches. The senior setter also went 14-of-20 from the floor for an impressive .600 hitting percentage.

In a five-set win over the Bengals on Friday, Hamilton had a season-high 55 assists. She picked up a career-high 14 digs for the double-double, hit .500 percent and added four blocks.

Hamilton helped the Eagles to their best hitting percentage of the season in a 3-0 sweep of Weber State on Saturday. The team hit .390 as Hamilton notched 43 assists. Individually, she hit a .750 clip and added six digs and two service aces.

The native of Alpine, Utah tallied 98 total assists, 20 digs, 14 kills, five blocks and 18.5 points last week.
