BOISE, Idaho - Robert Hernandez and two relievers combined on a seven-hit shutout, as the Boise Hawks completed a 6-2 homestand with a 1-0 victory over the Spokane Indians, before a sellout crowd of 3,866 fans at Memorial Stadium.

Hernandez worked out of a couple jams in his six innings of work - coaxing a groundball out in the first with the bases loaded and two outs, then getting a Jae Hoon Ha outfield assist to get Zach Zaneski trying to tag on a fly ball out to close the fifth.

Boise would score the lone run of the game in the sixth, as Logan Watkins reached on a fielder choice, scoring Jose Valdez who moved to third on a fielding error.

Eduardo Figueroa would work out of a first and third, no out jam in the seventh, fanning Clark Murphy and Denny Duron to end the frame, with Dionis Nunez getting a unassisted line-out double play to first baseman Justin Bour, the fourth double play turned by the Hawks on the night to end the contest.

Hak-Ju Lee had two hits for Boise, with Logan Watkins extending his hit streak to ten with a first inning single.  Jason Ogata had a pair of hits for Spokane, with Boise native Braden Tullis taking the loss despite throwing well - going six innings, allowing just four hits, one walk, and five strikeouts, but surrendering the unearned run.

The Hawks head out on a 12-game road trip, beginning the exodus tomorrow night in Yakima at 8:05 p.m. (MDT), with Su-Min Jung on the mound.
