SPOKANE, Wash. - Just five days after being added to the Shock roster, defensive back Lionell Singleton is being shipped off to Tennessee Valley. Spokane traded Singleton and offensive lineman Pat Schwenke just before this week's trade deadline.
Singleton, 5-8, 170 lbs., was traded to the Vipers after being added to the Shock roster just five days earlier. Schwenke, 6-5, 330 lbs, joined the Shock in December, but never saw playing time. He was traded to the Mahoning Valley Thunder. Both players were traded for future considerations.
The Shock are on the road this week to play the 1-7 Tri-Cities Fever in Kennewick. They return to Spokane Arena on June 20 to play the Fever again.
