
KENNEWICK, Wash. --- The Walla Walla Community College Lady Warriors are NWAACC Champions with their 75 to 72 win over the Yakima Valley Yaks on Tuesday night.
Tournament MVP Kati Isham had 20 to help lead the Warriors. Walla Walla led by 4 at half time and held on in the 2nd half, shooting almost 50 percent from the field in the game.
The Yaks were led by Anna Marshbanks, who had a game-high 32 points and 14 rebounds.
The NWAACC title is the 2nd for the Warriors, their 1st coming in 2001.
