    We were punked with one of the worst sports weekends I can remember.
    We got a raw deal this weekend, sports fans. While moms were getting pampered on Mother's Day with chocolates, flowers, and backrub IOU's from their husbands, we were punked with one of the worst sports weekends I can remember.

    I just finished watching NBC's "The Marriage Ref" tonight… on the same night LeBron James and the Cavaliers had another case of playoff interruptus.  If you're not familiar with the format of the show (not the Cavs… their format is pretty simple: get a #1 seed, lose in the Eastern semis), it goes something like this:  one person in a married couple has a gripe about the other one.

    In light of recent developments, my past experience gives me a unique perspective on Bill Moos. Moos is at the top of Washington State's list of prospective athletic directors.
    Some of you may know I come from Duck country.  My last job was in Eugene, Oregon and we covered the Ducks on a daily basis.  In light of recent developments, my past experience gives me a unique perspective on Bill Moos. Moos is at the top of Washington State's list of prospective athletic directors.  WSU President Elson Floyd was so overwhelmed by requests from alumni and boosters to consider Moos, he had Bill penciled in for a meeting within two days.
